Cheshire East Discretionary Grant – Second Phase Now Open for Applications

Cheshire East Council has launched the second phase of the local discretionary grant scheme, which opened for applications this morning.

The deadline for applications is 8am on the 10th July 2020. 

The first phase received over 450 applications from small business which are currently being assessed.

The local discretionary grant is aimed at small businesses who

– Are not eligible for other funds such as the Small Business Grant and the Retail, Leisure and Hospitality fund

– Have relatively high ongoing property costs

– Have suffered a significant fall in income due to the COVID-19 crisis.
